"Our room didnt get clean towels, or cleaned properly like we were supposed to be done. They didn't have coffee or tea our whole stay. "

"This was an excellent experience. Two pools and a playground on the resort. The bus to and from the resort towards Disney parks were convenient and easy to take. The food in the resort were priced decent but lacked flavor. As far as snacks, if you get a fridge in your room, I know I did, (not sure if all rooms have one) I would recommend ordering a few snacks ( Walmart delivery) you can have in the room. I ordered a few crackers , cheese and fruits. This was also an awesome idea as I was also able to bring those snacks to the Disney parks. Overall this resort was a great experience and value for the price. "

"We stayed here bc of location, free breakfast, free parking and free shuttle to Disney. Location was as expected for mid range price hotel. Do note that the rooms opened directly to the outside rather than enclosed hall. It was quiet to sleep, even though it faced a street. Breakfast food was typical. Wished it served to 9:30AM. *** The one problem was the shuttle. It didn't pick up early and we had to drive to the Magic Kingdom which resulted in an extra $35 parking fee. Don't depend on the shuttle for your transportation. "

"There is no description about the construction site going on. The villas across the street are worth paying that 30 $40 more or the Westgate on Turkey Road is worth paying that 5060 $70 more however much it is There’s a homeless man sleeping by the exit door the entire time. I thought it was an employee because he had on like a colored shirt, but sure enough I’m walking out at 2 AM to grab something at my car. I hear a noise and it’s him I’m not the type of bother the homeless usually if they don’t bother me, but that’s definitely a security concern. That should have been taken care of in my opinion if I knew that construction was going on, I would have never never stayed here. It is a headache with the door keys as well deactivate if you would almost put it in within a foot of your phone. It feels like the inside of the rooms were nice. The hills were nice, but definitely not as clean as I thought it should be was like pew bear in my showers when I got there. Might sound like I’m being critical, but I love love love hotels in good hotels and buying the descriptions and the pictures. It looked great. I would say deceiving though what I stay here again if I had to, yes would I book here again by choice no"
