Bargain for the renovated family suite! Beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff was wonderful, and my kids loved the Mickey pancakes at breakfast each morning! They are still under construction, but we were not inconvenienced at all. Great location, right next to everything and super close to WDW.

The hotel is in a great spot close to many things . I was disappointed when I got there and pool/ hot tub was closed . When I expressed my concern hotel manager Chris went out of his way and gave me two tickets to local water park so I could enjoy some pool use . I only stayed 1 night but would def come back to this hotel in the future

Even though the hotel was being renovated it was still clean and easy to access everything. The complimentary breakfast was nice, although it could have used a little more variety in some things like maybe a change of choices in muffins or yogurts each day. The staff was welcoming and helpful during our stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient for getting to all the places we needed to during our stay.

A good budget stay, but we came at an unfortunate time with the constant construction, pool was broken for the entirety of our week stay, and housekeeping was not daily- ran out of towels quick. Front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast options were small, but good. No WiFi. Clean property. Housekeeping only visited rooms twice a week. Random mattress pile in the back? Charge for early check in despite room being ready. Close to parks and food places. A good place to stay in a pinch, but we won’t be staying again.
