Staff-Lady at the front check-in very rude. I called to get early check in, no accommodation without a charge she wanted to charge me extra $25 & gentleman I spoke to confirm my reservation told me to call like hour before I wanted to check and if room was available not problem- never mentioned anything about additional charge. Very inconvenient with my children in the car. we had to burn gas a ride around the town when all we wanted was a hot shower and rest. When I got there she checking two gentlemen in front of me again very rude, direct & short answers. When checking in she forgot to give me the keys so I go back in and she rudely hand me the key with blink stare and straight face. No
apologies no nothing. I also asked for an itemized bill she said I’ll get that in the morning when I check out. Once Inside room, smelled stale and congested, carpet was damaged, mold in the bedroom and not very clean. Very old hotel and photos are miss leading. Over priced, very disappointing with the overall experience.
