"The property was great! Plenty of washer/dryers, they are coin operated, just a heads up. Property was good, and the staff was friendly. The room was clean,a little outdated but everything worked as expected. The 2 fold out couches are a little hard but the kids used them and they didnt care. The bed was ok, nothing fancy but great value. The only thing my husband didnt like, was that there is considerable traffic in the evenings, since its close to Disney😅."

"Overall the stay was okay. We got up to our room and as we laid in bed another couple was mistakenly given keys to our room and they tried to enter but we had it latched. The front desk called up and apologized but it was jarring obviously. Otherwise it was fine. The room was nice and comfy bed. The toilet leaked a bit every time you flushed it. The tub mat was kind of gross. The pool was warm but not the cleanliest. It was a decent stay."

"This was our second time staying at the resort. I love the resort and all of the amenities that it offers. Although this time in our house, the carpet was old and dirty, along with the couch. It was extremely dirty with visible stains. All of the white sheers that hung from the windows were also dirty."

"All the staff other than those working at the front desk could not speak English. Anytime you asked any of them a question the response was no English. Breakfast was supposed to finish at 9 am but some items that finished by 8:30 was never refilled on most days."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the location is convenient and in a nice area, the condition of the property was far below what was advertised on Expedia. The room was not clean when we arrived. The bathroom, especially the bathtub, was dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. "I stayed here when it FIRST opened but under a different name. My, how things have changed. The building has a weird smell, the smell of body odor in the elevator was almost unbearable. Some slats in the blinds were broken, and the blanket on the bed is VERY thin. Walls are thin too, I could hear people talking in the next room and in the parking lot (I was on the 3rd floor). The hallway floor was greasy and slippery. I would NOT stay here again."

"I very much appreciated the team starting with leaving my car to be parked by valet. They did a good job handling my very expensive car. I absolutely loved checking in. I believe it was Valerie who was there each day and she was so kind. Note I had a big problem with the check-in. You have a spray that's perfume me. I am allergic to most perfume smells and I was already asthmatic within five minutes of walking into my room. Thank you for the front desk and whomever was overseeing the spraying of...
