"We loved our stay! Hotel was in a great spot on the edge of Chinatown. Very clean & safe area, easy to access major transit and some attractions close by. The hotel itself is worn but clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. For an older hotel, it was a lot quieter than I expected. A couple of nights there was some really weird loud banging on the 8th floor that lasted a couple of minutes, otherwise was really quiet. There was zero street noise, and just occasional hallway door...

"The hotel itself was nice. The room was spacious, stylish and clean. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend the area, especially on the weekend when nearly everything closes. It’s a business district and pretty sterile but good access to transit around."

"Pros: The complimentary breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. While it is free, it’s customary to leave a tip. The hotel has four elevators, so we rarely had to wait. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every day. Cons: We stayed for four nights. Unfortunately, the room was extremely small. We were told the hotel was sold out and were assigned a room right next to the elevator, so we constantly heard people...

"Superb hotel. Beautiful rooms. Wonderful staff. Food is delicious and surprisingly well-priced for any hotel let alone a higher end hotel. The outdoor patio is a great place to enjoy happy hour away from the crowds. Perfect location for business or personal travel. Hard to imagine a better hotel experience."

"This historic hotel is a dream, service is absolutely fantastic and location is terrific. It is immaculately clean. As you arrive your senses awaken with delightful smell of gorgeous flowers. We stayed at the club level and loved it. Service was fabulous, they accommodated gluten free and any requests we had. Food was fresh and constantly replenished. "Amazing Hotel really close to the embarcadero. This hotel is located in the financial district between the places to visit. Staff was great like always and there's lots of parking nearby. Room was clean and air conditioning was amazing."

"We stay at a lot of Four Seasons and this one seemed just like an average hotel room. It was nice but for the price you pay it should be excellent. The room was just so-so for us. We had to move rooms when we first got there because the toilet was broken. After a long day of traveling that was aggravating. Some of our other family stayed at the Ritz and it was much better IMO. For the price, I’d stay somewhere else."
