"Staff were great I arrived early and that was no problem, room was clean and had everything for a short stay. Handy to food stores nearby and seemed safe to walk around. Only negative was I booked the shuttle for 02.30am it turned up at 02.15am and wouldn't wait, it came back about 45 minutes later."

"Close to sm Fairview mall Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice . The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin . Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper."

"Hotel 101 Pasay was crowded when I check in. Have security check before driver turning into lobby for safety check. Bell boy was very friendly and quick in response, and offered to help deliver my luggage to the room even though it is just a small cabin baggage and there’s still many guest around. Forgot his name but it was night when we went. Convenient walk to Newport world mall and a lot of dining options. Just the restroom blind needs some updating"
