Unfortunately, we had one bathing towel between us and they advertise 24 room service for food and drink. However when we rang we were told there was absolutely no food available so we ended up missing our evening meal as it was 11pm. Our advice was, “ Ring Uber Eats”. "Staff really friendly throughout our stay. Whole building and room was clean and tidy. A few areas could do with a freshen up, paintwork etc but did not impact our stay. Bed was extremely comfortable and decent pillows. Hot shower with good power. Great location for tube and overground services and plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. Cannot fault anything and would absolutely recommend and stay again."

"Pro: we got a bigger room which is meant for handicapped guests; kitchen is complete however no seasoning provided ; water is refillable near lobby lift ; location is fantastic near to Westfield mall and Stratford station with 5 tube lines Con: only provide 2 coffee capsules for 4 nights stay, need to buy our own ; reception service is under expectation except Benito’s service is 👍"

"Avoid this property rang for details of how to access the property to be told they would have to cancel my booking as there had been a leak affecting both rooms i had booked i was already on my way to London at this point so had to try and find alternative accommodation now i have to mess about trying to get refunded"

"This isn't our first time here: We've consistently had problems getting our luggage to the front of the hotel – and the staff just shrugs. At these prices and with such poor service, you'd expect at least a bit more friendliness. And you have to pay an extra 25 pounds per day for room cleaning. Awful! Otherwise: good location, good room amenities, spacious rooms. But: Give your staff some training in friendliness!"
