"This was a 10/10 hotel in every way! - Minutes walk from a station to take you in minutes to Shinjuku, Harajuku, Akihabara, and Ochanomizu - It’s right on a back street near excellent food choices and bars that stay open late. - The room itself is beautiful, spacious and very accommodating. - There’s no check out process, just clean up and leave. I can’t wait to get this hotel again next time we travel to Tokyo! "

"Pros: The gardens are BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I sat there with the koi fish for an hour. Super peaceful. Location is great too! Bunch of restaurants & shops inside the building. This place literally looks like a mall lol... Cons: Rooms look OLD OLD OLD and smell old. Restaurants are EXTREMELY expensive tho. Tepanyaki for 2 people 560$ USD like WHAT?????????????"

"Lovely hotel, beautiful linens. Staff outstanding. Location for staying put or travel couldn’t be improved. Subway is below the hotel, restaurants, shops and surprisingly a serene atmosphere outside the hotel. I felt was the area for makeup and hair wasn’t large enough and drawer space was sparse. "The hotel was conveniently located near four different subway lines. The room was small but the bed was very comfortable and we spent most of our time out and about the city. Tons of restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly. We didn’t use the amenities or eat breakfast in the hotel but there was the option to pay for spa or breakfast."
