Only one thing I would say that I woudlve liked to be told when I was checking in, if you lose one of the room keys it’s about 18$ or so for lost key. I would recommend they tell their guests before hand about this when checking in. Thankfully I found it but yeah otherwise it was very comfy place to come back to at the end of the day. Fantastic location!!!
The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was spacious for my family of 5…all adults/college students. There was some street noise, but the location made it worth it. I would absolutely stay there again.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The floor and wall had a few dirty marks. My shower tub was leaking and would leave the floor sopping wet. Staff were amazing, hospitable and kind.
Clean, good location, great staff.
Uncomfortable bunk bed, and persistent funky smell in the bathroom regardless of non-usage.
Still, this was overshadowed by the positives, so no stars deducted.
We slept in the three person room with a queen bed on the bottom and twin bed on the top. Very small (typical for Tokyo so not all that surprising), but just keep in mind that the images do make it look bigger than it actually is. We did have two windows but got zero natural light because they both faced two buildings which is what I disliked the most about the room we stayed in.
That said, the area of the hotel is very convenient, the room was clean when we arrived, and although the room is slightly outdated, it was perfectly fine since we did not spend that much time inside the room itself. I think if we wanted to come back to relax in the room, that would've been hard.
Overall, fine place to stay in Tokyo if you're on a budget and have a odd number of people in a group.
Good was typically compact, queen with single above. Not new but not old either. They are a few buildings in the same block so you may be staying in anyone. Staff very nice english was no problem.
The staff made this stay amazing, they always greeted us when ever we came down for a walk & always had the elevator ready for us every time!!
Also the rooms are massive, beds are comfy as!
