"My room was moved to a "pet friendly room". I was ok with that until I went in the room. Pet friendly rooms should have a bordered platform under the box spring so cats cannot get under there. "The room smelled and the AC was loud. The ceiling was peeling. The walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbors at 5:15am having a conversation with a lot of profanity.
