I don’t recommend staying in this place. They literally don’t clean the rooms. Plus the rooms are really old. I don’t mind being old but being nasty is not a good thing!!!

Beyond being dilapidated, the chunk of hair stuck in the door hinge, bugs under the bed, and hair on the sheets were too much for me.

The ac went out in room called the front office to have it looked at and no one ever came to fix. There was a roach in the bathroom. And when i went to take a shower my first night there was a used bar of soap left in shower and things from the previous occupants. The bed sheets had what looked like died blood on them

Ok for what i needed at the time

I arrived late so for what i needed it was ok. Not the worst and not the best. I left early so it served its purpose but Im not sure i would stay there again or for an extensive time.

This hotel is infested with roaches. I’m almost positive management knows because when I went and said something the lady acted like I was wrong for not wanting to stay in the hotel.

The room was disgusting and dirty. Sheets had blood spots, pillows were yellow. The mattress pad was so dirty we didn’t sleep in the bed. Even the second room we were given had dirty sheets, mattress pad stained all over. No one available at time of returning the key. I had to leave the key with a note . I wouldn't remember this hotel to my worst enemy. The Manager was professional however, no comments when i showed pictures of the disgusting bed sheets. We were given a new room but it was not much better then the first one. We stayed for 6 hours didn't go to sleep. Just stayed in the room and watched TV until our airline delay was ready to board.

Not a good stay

Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy

Stay anywhere else if possible!!

I booked this room for concert stay. When I first arrived and saw it was an “extended stay”, I could visually tell this was going to be an experience. First thing, the desk clerk informed me he wasn’t sure if my room had been cleaned or not, even though it was after my check-in time. He didn’t seem very pleased when I asked him if he could find out. After about 10 minutes he returned and we stumbled through a very odd check-in. There was a couple in the lobby that there seemed to be a disagreement with, and it turned out to be one of the housekeepers. I get to my room and I am instantly not impressed. But I am retired military, so I have had worse accommodations. I was already running late, so I just showered and headed out to my event. Afterwards I get back and decide to kick back before I got ready for bed. That is where the biggest problem arose. The sheets were disgusting, they were stained, smelled, had body hair all over them, and the comforter was ripped and just as dirty. That was when I made the decision to go ahead and check out. I would rather drive 3 1/2 hours home in the middle of the night, than sleep in that bed. Along with everything else, the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or mopped in quite a while. The ceiling was moldy and falling in one spot from what appeared to be a leak. The furniture looks like it came from an 80’s garage sale. All in all, I would not recommend staying here unless you are completely desperate.

Run….Don’t even look at this Place!

My husband and I stood at this “hotel” 4/23/2025 to 4/24/2025 after my husband was discharged from the hospital for emergency femur surgery during our vacation. We figured a place close to the airport perfect! Well it wasn’t! The young man who handles the front desk was rude and condescending. I asked for a closer room due to the fact my husband had surgery and he can barely give a woot. So we dealt with it. The room was gross, blood in the blankets and mattress. Room smelled of mildew and the floors were dirty with strains that we couldn’t take off our shoes. In the bathroom the toilet was already running (that should have been my clue) and the outlets were so outdated I got shock plugging my iPhone charger. Husband needed to rest it was 7pm, so we had no choice to stay the next day we inquire for airport service and the guy mention call an uber it’s not my problem. Mind you it’s 9 mins away the service is offer only if you leave your vehicle but, it’s in the discretion of the front desk person. He then disregarded me and told me oh well your problem. We decided to check out early and he refused to give us a print out bill of us leaving. He said you signed the paper I can charge you whatever I want. My husband was so pissed off he told him give us our receipt (mind you he is struggling to walk due to surgery with his walker). Manager showed up gave us our print out and pretty much told us to leave.

Missing the most basic amenities. No place to hang clothes. No lamp. No clock. No tissues. Peeling paint. Noisy mini fridge leaking water onto floor. Pet stain on floor. Beat up furniture. This place is a total dump. Travelocity should be ashamed to include this property.

USA Inn next to the Knoxville, TN airport was the worst place I've ever stayed. I literally said to my wife when we walked in, "this is the worst place I've ever stayed." I'm pushing 50 and I can't remember ever reviewing a hotel/motel before, that's how bad it was. Everything was dirty but the sheets, so that was nice. Normal things like bedside lamps were missing, while other normal things like the towel racks and place to hang your clothing were rusty or about to fall off the wall. But the reason we left at 1am our first night was the cockroaches. Yes, plural.

Ac was great, they have a minor roach and prostitution issue, couldn’t sleep without hearing them “working” or waiting outside for people every night.

Absolutely terrible. You be the judge: No lamps anywhere No chairs No hangars or closet No kleenex No plugs in the sink No lotion No ice/buckets Broken toilet seat Broken toilet tank lid Broken toilet paper holder No light in main room, NONE! No electrical outlets on back wall or either side walls. Bathroom outlet is broken This place probably should be condemned. Seriously.
