"While being evacuated from my home in Kula, Hotel rented my family a room in this hotel that was also being of Maui forcible evacuated by the police due to a natural disaster then informed me there are no refunds! It’s unclear if this hotel burned to the ground. Being forced to pay for a room in a disaster area that cannot be used or accessed feels like a corrupt business practice, or sort of like stealing. "

"Everything was great but the bathrooms are very small. Wife complained nearly every day that there wasn’t enough room for her to get ready. Had to do her hair and makeup in the main room. Very conveniently located in walking distance to amazing beach, restaurants, and shopping. "
