"Definitely accommodation suited for holiday makers with a car. Facilities were immaculate. Limited dining options but able to walk 6-7 minute to train station to Hakone for dinner. Bus 4-5 minutes. "

"As long as you can read an email or scan a QR code, you will be fine. Check-in and check-out process is easy. Location is great, a 7-11 is about a five minute walk. Free drinks in the fridge was a nice step too. "

"お部屋は大変満足でまた機会があれば行きたいです。ただセルフチェックインの手順の連絡が当日のお昼を過ぎてもなく、こちらから確認の電話をしなくてはいけなかったこと(メールは午前中に送信済みと言われたが届いてない)宿泊者全員タブレットでチェックインする必要があり、家族で行ってたので同じ住所を何回も入力が面倒だったことは改善して欲しいです。"

"全体的に良かったです。ただ、駐車場の場所を聞くのにカスタマーセンターに電話したところ、間違えた場所を教えられました。その駐車場の管理者の方に伺ったところ、毎回間違えて教えているようで迷惑していると仰ってました。実際は150mくらい離れていたのに、建物の隣りと説明を受けました。そこだけ改善して頂ければ最高です。"

"Really great furnishings. We enjoyed the indoor onsen, which was already on for us at the right temperature when we arrived. The property has a manual in English which allowed us to understand how to operate all of the major appliances like the microwave oven and the washer / dryer. The check-in process was the most involved of any property we stayed in in Japan."

"This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!"

"Property was very comfortable. It's close to some onsens and public transport. The house is old and there are some damages, but other than that there were very little issues."
