"The room is very convenient for walking around Boston - and is right next to Boston University (noise). Unfortunately the noise from the city (sirens, traffic, yelling, etc) and light were very loud/noticeable. The room has only metal blinds and would greatly benefit from room darkening, heavy curtains to help eliminate some of that. Everything was clean. "Check in was a nightmare. No keys left. After a 12 hour travel with children this was made worse. After nearly 2 hours got into apt, no bedding for 2nd bed. Promised would arrive after contacting at 6pm. At 4am no bedding and eventually said wouldn't be arriving. Trying to sleep with no bedding wasn't good. Would not compensate for this. Then washing machine wouldn't work so on last night when tried to do a couple of loads before moving on was not possible and not able to remedy due to time....
