"The kitchen was well-stocked and the room was amazing! The check-in should be smooth but I had booked an early check in, called 6 weeks prior to arrival to confirm, received an email confirmation and called again to confirm an early check in, and had to sit in the lobby while the company that handles check in told the woman at the desk I was lying and didn’t have one like I didn’t have the paperwork to prove it. "The property has clean, comfortable rooms with full kitchens, including dishes and pots and pans. There is free parking on site. The host was present when we arrived, which was a nice surprise. There is a walking path along the Charles River steps from the hotel. There are numerous restaurants and bodegas nearby, which the host gave us a map to find. Our room was spacious, with desk and dining table. There were smoke detectors and sprinklers. There was a nice fitness room at the end of our hall....

"AMAZING!!! Do NOT listen to all of the negative reviews. When I first found this listing I was really unsure because there was so many bad reviews. I took a chance and booked anyway. The stay was phenomenal. Check in was super easy and the company/host was very responsive. Very close to train station as well. They sent text messages and even let us know the room was ready for check in around 2pm instead of waiting until 4pm check in. The room was super clean and nice. No issues with anything....

"Had to wait 45 minutes with my daughter to check in. Couldn’t get into the building. There was no one at the desk. This is an apartment building not a hotel and they are not equipped to provide the basic minimum communication that even a motel requires."
