"I do not recommend staying here. it seems more like a love hotel than and actual hotel. the claim of daily housekeeping was simply nonexistent they never came to our room in the 4 night we stayed here. the whole hotel reeks of chlorine for no apparent reason. there was a wildly uncomfortable plastic cover on the mattress. they only gave us one key card for 2 people. and there was zero sound proofing. overall horrible stay and far to pricey for what you get. if you are looking for something in...

"We stayed on the basement floor, where two guest rooms share a bathroom. Fortunately, the other room appeared to be unoccupied, so we had no issues using the bathroom. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, which was a bit disappointing"

"The property is newly renovated in modern style. The location is very easy to access and convenient for shopping as well. The management staffs are very responsive and helpful. They help us to carry luggage’s up and down during checkin and checkout time because the property doesn’t have an elevator. Great thanks to the management team!"

"Good view (for Namsan mountain & city) and clean facility... but one tower building (for hotel) with other separate club (for mainly other membership of swimming, fitness, golf range). Not so much choice of restaurant inside. Breakfast is also OK. One particular of this Banyan Tree Seoul is one "bath pool" inside of room (with separate small steam sauna). This is the main reason I made choice this time. Actually it is good experience. Main issue for this hotel is the price. Too expensive...

"we had a very nice stay, we stayed in a building just 2-3 minutes away from the reception, very easy to walk anywhere and near the bus stops and metro lines. We had a washing machine directly in our rooms with a mini kitchen, which was very great for what we needed and the room was spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend:)"

"I was really happy with La Casa, very comfortable room, in a perfect location close to the Han River cycle way and local restaurants. I’m a cyclist and I brought my bike with me, La Casa was completely bike friendly allowing me to have my bike in my room. Finally their restaurant for breakfast was excellent. I will return to Seoul and La Casa soon! Highly Recommended"

"We stayed for 2.5 weeks. Very nice hotel and staff, we also liked that there was laundry and kitchen. We forgot some items and called the hotel a day later, they found the items in few hours. Very helpful and communicative, they were able to ship them back to us. (We paid shipping but the staff were so nice and helpful). Highly recommend this hotel!"
