Deluxe twin room was spacious enough for all of our suitcases and even had a walk in closet, we wish we stayed longer but we only had 2 days as part of a longer trip. They have a washing machine and all other amenities, and if you get the lift to the B1 level you can access the subway station.

The staff at check in were polite and helpful. They made check in quick and easy. The room itself was great - spacious and with a view of the N Seoul Tower. The property is right next to the Chungmuro metro station exits 5 and 6 which makes getting to other parts of Seoul very easy. There’s a Starbucks downstairs and plenty of coffee shops and convenience stores close by. Would recommend!

the location is fantastic given close proximity to airport bus stop, a normal bus stop, and the subway station underneath the building. rooms are spacious and have kitchen, separate dining space, and W/D. the only downside is the limited number of elevators which are also painfully slow, and the lack of staff available to assist with check-ins (they have check-in machines in the lobby but those never seem to work the two times we've stayed here)
