Bathroom wasn’t good and the water pressure was weak and the shower head was leaking , requested for them to check but it was still leaking and always cause water to overflow. Relatively clean room but could be brighter. Breakfast was ok. Hotel staff was friendly .

Many things near by and very nice property and the staff is probably the best I've seen in Manila. The bathtub turns the bathroom into a pool is the only negative lol

Okay for a quick in and out stay

The whole stay was pleasant. The entrance was a bit confusing as there was no visible signage and the driveway was very steep. The bathroom tub was a big negative experience. It was too slippery and too tall so it was hard to get in and out the shower. i slipped while taking a shower so i ended up spraining my ankle. The staff were very kind and approachable. the area around it wasn't so good because the property is situated in the red light district of makati.

This is not close to a 5 star hotel, I recommend avoiding. - only hand towels were provided - shower drain was clogged - internet is excruciatingly slow and requires resigning in every 15 minutes or so - AC only retains settings for a few hours - fridge wasn’t even plugged in In short, the room was not ready for occupancy. Will not return.

Breakfast is disappointing. It uses to be good spread. Now the quality dropped, less buffet spread. Worst of all, when a dish finished at 9.15am, the hotel did not replenish the food as the buffet ends at 11am.
