Disappointing

Pros: Excellent location Cons: No hot water in downstairs shower. Upstairs A/C unit was falling apart! Bedding in downstairs bedroom had lots of hair and was unwashed.We bought laundry detergent and washed the bedding ourselves. Garbage under the sink smelled of rotting fruit, was not emptied. We had to throw it out ourselves. Bath towels provided had holes and were worn out. Sofa was sagging and uncomfortable. Sorry but can not recommend this place at all. Needs a deep overall cleaning and better quality linens and towels for comfort of guests.

Underwhelming and dirty

A bit of a bait and switch when you look at the photos on hotels.com and what you see in real life. The appearance was a bit shabby within stained sheets, ants in the bathroom, black mold off around the sink, and overwhelming smell of cheap cleaning supplies. Mattress is old and firm with the air conditioner located at the bottom of the staircase where all of the heat rises to the top of the room for an uncomfortable sleep.

Not a great stay!

Checkin was straight forward. As soon as we entered the property there was a foul smell of drains throughout the unit and the unit had not been cleaned appropriately ahead of our arrival. We reported several issues within 24hrs and a cleaner and maintenance man arrived following day. The problems did not end there however. I will not list them here, but will conclude by saying the unit requires maintenance throughout and deep cleaning. Internet service was terrible which hampered the TV streaming services provided. Comfort level is not good, the sofa and beds are small and mattresses and pillows are poor quality, the window blinds are not blackout so from 0530am the unit is lit up with daylight. No iron board or iron are provided. We have stayed in McKinley before and was very impressed with the previous unit, unfortunately this experience was not the same.

Apartment need to upgrade

Good location . 2nd time stay at McKinley . But this round apartment not so good condition , noisy window unit air con . Bad sleep for last few days .

Pros: Great location- walking distance to many great restaurants; Checking-in was a breeze; the swimming pool was clean; it has great view of the city as it’s on the 38th floor; has available drinking water (hot & cold dispenser), Cons: there was a foul smell coming from the kitchen sink. It was tolerable as it didn’t permeate the whole place, you could only smell it next to the sink.

吹き抜けのステキなお部屋

お部屋は30階で眺望もよい。デポジットもなく、チェックインがスムーズなのは、長旅のあとなのでとても助かりました。今回、２家族で上下のフロアを分けて使いました。吹き抜けもあり開放的でありながら、プライバシーも守れてよかったです。 今回滞在が短かったので使いませんでしたが、洗濯機や炊飯器もあり、長期滞在にも良さそうです。無料で利用できるプールは広くて、子供たちも大喜びでした。とても洗練された地区で、目的地のキッザニアにも近いし、コンビニ、モールなども近くて便利でした。また利用したいです。
