Overall, the room and beds are clean (and I did a thorough check). The showers show discoloration, but it looks like it’s due to aging, rather than cleanliness. "The rooms were clean, the staff are very friendly. The cleaners are always very helpful. The hotel is less than 10mins walk from the Haraam. You can take a short cut through Anjum hotel. We had an amazing stay at this hotel."

"The word that best describes the hotel is fantastic! There are three buses operating 24 hours a day to take you to the Haram and bring you back (it’s only a 5-minute ride). The bus leaves every 30 minutes. The reception team is very kind, the hotel is very clean, and everything you need is available in the lobby. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!"

"The Kaaba view rooms were spectacular. Reception staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was the same almost all week, not really expecting to get curry chicken and mini hotdogs in Makkah.. should be more authentic arabian options. Cannot make local calls to even the laundry places in the Clock Tower, was told by operator to go to the reception, pay for the call and make the call from there, very inconvenient. Room were very clean. Overall loved the stay!"
