"The room was great, service was a bit slow at the counters/reception, it was however peak season, so this is probably understandable. The breakfast was however really poor quality and seemed like the area was not big enough to accommodate the high volume of guests, neither was the food. "

"Was having a problem with my booking at first because my booking was not in their system. So Hotels.com team communicate with the hotels team to settle.manage to get thru at last. Partial Kaabah view. It was a quick stay but i am very grateful to stay here."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. It is next to the Haram with lots of shopping, food outlets and good dinimg within. Taxis are always available and concierge has a group of helpful staff 👍. Will come again. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thanks "
