"Great location!"

"I called ahead to request a room with a private balcony. The staff took that into consideration but unfortunately the balcony was so tiny I requested to change rooms. The person who checked us in was extremely helpful and found us a much better room right away and took me to see it first to make sure it was adequate. Housekeeping staff was great, front desk staff very helpful. I asked for an extra blanket, they had someone bring it up right away. The room was great. The balcony only had one chair and no table but that was probably the only thing missing. "

"Obviously a ski lodge in the winter, this was a spacious and accomodating stay in August. The living area was open and vaulted. The kitchen was well equiped and had full refrigerator and stove. the loft bedroom was comfy and had a separate TV. The only unpleasant surprise was a $40 bill for parking in the downstairs garage. "
