Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Bad management and poor conditions, Insisted we had no room confirmed when we first went to check in,even though we had confirmation through Expedia Not very well sound proofed rooms Hotel cleaners/staff were helpful No reception staff for any queries or questions we had when we phoned before checking in.
