"I highly recommend this small cosy hotel. The rooms were immaculate with a beautiful view from our window. The staff showed an amazing eye to detail which made us feel cared for and that our comfort and enjoyment were important to them. The breakfast sets you up for the day of exploring Florence. I would give five stars for this alone. However what makes this a great place to base yourself in Florence is the location. Right in the heart of the old town with everything within walking distance....

"It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing . Otherwise rooms are nice too with two bathrooms being the highlight . Very convenient location and the property helps with parking . The parking guys are...

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at Stella d’Italia in Florence. The location is extremely convenient, within easy walking distance to most of the major attractions, so we were able to explore the city without needing transportation. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience and made us feel at home. The room décor is elegant and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful colors and curtains that give it a classic charm. The only downside...

"Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....
