"I highly recommend this small cosy hotel. The rooms were immaculate with a beautiful view from our window. The staff showed an amazing eye to detail which made us feel cared for and that our comfort and enjoyment were important to them. The breakfast sets you up for the day of exploring Florence. I would give five stars for this alone. However what makes this a great place to base yourself in Florence is the location. Right in the heart of the old town with everything within walking distance....

"Accueil fabuleux, tout les équipes de la réception, du bar, du café la Gemma, le service de chambre sont adorables et efficace. Les chambres sont fantastiques, cosy et très confortable. La cuisine du café la Gemma est délicieuse, tous les plats sont de grande qualité! L’hôtel est juste magnifique! Il n’y a pas une mauvaise note!!"

"Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....

"It is great location , in the heart of Florence . We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on . Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider . Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing . Otherwise rooms are nice too with two bathrooms being the highlight . Very convenient location and the property helps with parking . The parking guys are...

The staff were all amazing, and the gentleman at the front desk was especially friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was outstanding—honestly the best breakfast we had during our entire two-week trip in Italy. "Our room was very large. It had its own private balcony. The room was charming and gave a lovely Florence feel. Staff were wonderful, especially Leonardo. They were friendly and welcoming. We got to check in an hour earlier than expected, which was a wonderful surprise. Leonardo also held our bags for us as it was raining and we had several hours before our train departure. The breakfast was yummy with a good selection. All in all the hotel was great and we had a lovely time. Would highly...
