"Hôtel was great, it provided everything we needed for a good price. Air conditioning worked incredibly well and was a blessing when we got back to our room after being out in 32+ degree heat. Staff at reception were always helpful answering questions we had and they kindly kept our bags at reception on our final day whilst we went out for the day after checking out.
The hotel is approx 5 min walk to the main train station in Nice and approx 20 min walk to Jean Medicine Tram station. Nearest...

"The hotel is nice and modern. Love the separated bathroom and shower area. Only one bath towel hook and hotel doesn’t seem to bother to fix. Found someone hair wax left there upon our arrival and no toilet roll left for us upon arrival"

"We really liked the location of the hotel. The staff were amazing and very helpful. We were offered free water and coffee throughout the stay as well. We got the superior room with the balcony and that size was great for us. The rooms were cleaned daily and that was great. The only negative thing was there was very little soundproof, but that didn't take away from our experience. I would stay again at Hotel Aria."

"The room was clean but very small, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. The bathroom could use better maintenance, as there was visible mold in the shower grout. One important thing to know is that there is no elevator. I was only informed a few days before my trip, and I think this should be clearly disclosed on the Expedia listing. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, so I can’t really comment on the service. Overall, it’s a good choice for the location...
