Staff is wonderful, except for the patio restaurant. The patio restaurant on the 3rd floor is marred by slow, inattentive male staff who are routinely and belatedly bailed out by the female servers. This property will soon close for sorely needed renovations. Great location!

Hyatt has possibly the best location in Nice. Spacious rooms by any standard. Pro-tip: rent one of the e-bikes in the lobby and ride it up and down the Promenade’s bike path. Recommended experience.
