"The room was clean but very small, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. The bathroom could use better maintenance, as there was visible mold in the shower grout. One important thing to know is that there is no elevator. I was only informed a few days before my trip, and I think this should be clearly disclosed on the Expedia listing. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, so I can’t really comment on the service. Overall, it’s a good choice for the location...

"I arrived at the hotel after departing a cruise to drop off mg luggage around 9:30 am. Amazing, a young woman, helped me. She said I could check in between 2:30 or 3:00. I returned about 2:00 as I was extremely exhausted and needed to check in. I am 77 years old and it was very hot in Nice. She brushed me off. "We really liked the location of the hotel. The staff were amazing and very helpful. We were offered free water and coffee throughout the stay as well. We got the superior room with the balcony and that size was great for us. The rooms were cleaned daily and that was great. The only negative thing was there was very little soundproof, but that didn't take away from our experience. I would stay again at Hotel Aria."
