"Our room smelled like smoke - even though it was non smoking room. They offered to move us in the morning but it was a short trip
Ac was great , staff was mostly responsive
The shower was backing up , asked them to look into it nothing happened . Charging ports next to bed were not working , not fixed
Room was spacious, great view , very convenient location
This hotel can be much better with more upkeep
The rooms were very clear and comfortable"

"Location excellent. Room was not clean good. Drain in shower was not working. In one mins was floating. 3 days take to fix. Water was leaking from ceiling at midnight. A/C problem. Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation."

"Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. "Rooms are compact but very clean with comfortable beds, (we had the superior double) Aircon was good and the staff were all excellent.
Russel on reception was very welcoming and friendly.
Highly recommend this hotel - it’s in a great central location, Also there is a free water dispenser in the breakfast room which is available for guests to use! Great facility & I wish more hotels did this ."
