"Great location, we walked to San Cristobal Hill and local dining and took a short Uber ride to the Palace, Plaza del Armas and other downtown sites. Jose organized pickup from the airport and transfers to and from Valle Nevado. The breakfast was good, tea, coffee and water available all day. Great stay."

"Excelente hotel. Definitivamente voy a volver. Lo único que me gustaría que fuese distinto es la pileta: es bastante chica y no es climatizada (además de externa). Todo lo demás, realmente muy bueno y recomendable. Destaco particularmente el profesionalismo y amabilidad del personal."

"Incrível! Essa palavra define! Que hotel, que funcionários, que luxo! Um cuidado acima do normal, um café da manhã dos deuses, um frigobar incluído que nos salvou! O kit deayuno nem se fale! Saímos tristes porque queríamos ter ficado mais. A localização: PASSOS da estação Pedro de Valdivia, perto do Costanera, ao lado de tudo! Até nos cuidados pessoais (que foi um descuido nosso), eles nos salvaram! Máquina de café no quarto, máquina no térreo com chocolate quente e tudo mais. Mais uma vez...

"I stayed for 3 nights in winter. The hotel is well located in a great neighborhood with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options nearby. The personnel was attentive and helpful, and the room was clean. My only recommendation is to add a separate bedsheet to the bed instead of only the comforter, as it was too hot under it, and difficult to sleep well by alternating cold or sweat. Overall would recommend. "
