"The room is very clean. The room and bathroom is spaceous and very nice and clean . There is a safe, a refrigerator and coffee maker and free bottled water. The amenities are well appointed. The staff at the check in ate very helpful and kind. Easy check in and check out. Very efficient.."

"What an amazing staff that made sure I felt welcomed and taken care of during my whole stay! My room was spacious (I did upgrade to a large room) and the stay included a breakfast that made mornings relaxing and just what was needed to start the day. I highly recommend this spot the next time you’re in Santiago! "
