"Breakfast buffet is not worth paying for. There are great breakfast places nearby and the food is better. Didn’t really enjoy the dinner either, although the pisco sours were amazing. The vent in our bathroom had dust hanging from it and a new bath towel that was given to us had blood on it. The pool looked cool and there were amazing views, but the pool itself looked dirty. The staff was friendly and the location was good though."

"Our stay at Hotel Boutique Castillo Rojo was excellent from start to finish. The staff was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. Parking was easy and convenient, which made traveling around the city much less stressful. The breakfast each morning was excellent, with a great variety and high-quality food.
