"Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator."

"The staff was really great, and the property was pretty clean and safe. We went to a car show in downtown Petaluma the following day and our classic cars are safe in the parking lot, all night long. This place is also not far from a bunch of good places to eat. Mainly for breakfast, there is a Henny Penny, right across the highway. "Enjoyed my stay at Hampton inn in Rohnert park. Everyone was nice. Hotel was clean. Did not check out the amenities. Breakfast was not great The eggs, French toast and potatoes were cold, coffee wasn’t very good. Did not know I had to pay for parking. The people above me were running around at midnight."

"I traveled to Napa for an overnight trip with my friend from Saturday to Sunday. Self-parking is available and the parking lot is big. Checking in and out was simple. They have a little convenience store with food and toiletries available for purchase. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby. The room was clean and cold - just the way I like it. Staff was kind and helpful with my questions. I did not partake in breakfast since we had already had plans."
