"If I ever go to London again, I will be staying at the this hotel again. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. I especially liked that they had washers and dryers to do laundry. After being in France for a couple days I had quite a bit of laundry to do and this saved me from buying clothes. The pub next door was great for food and beer. All in all, IGH properties are great places to stay."

"My single bed room was small but quiet. It was in the basement, no windows. But that helped to keep it quiet. Hot water kettle, AC, and TV all worked okay. Towels, coffee, tea, sugar, cream were restocked daily. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, Danish, juices, fresh fruit, cereals, milk, coffee and tea. Check in and out was easy."

"Absolutely terrible customer service. Despite there being 24/7 check-in. I made five separate phone calls, to what seemed like an overseas call centre, to get into the building. It probably took more than an hour of standing/sitting on the pavement outside, with one call handler simply hanging up on me, to get into the place with a dying phone battery. "I booked this for my older mum as we needed somewhere nearby where she could stay as I don’t have a spare room. I think the place offered a great location and was a really great price. I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It...

"Room was great… but finding the location and check in process was a complete nightmare. I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong. The reception desk...

"I asked for a family room and they basically pushed the lounge chair in the middle of 2 beds so there was NO room to get into beds without sliding into them from the bottom of the bed. Room was very damp smelling as windows didn’t open and air turned off after you leave room. The English breakfast was lovely and great option to bring my family who live in UK for breakfast when they wanted a treat. However staff are so focused on asking for the £12 they forgot there manners."
