"everything was great except for housekeeping which for some reason did not want to service my room (and it was not messy) but I was there for a week and despite calls, never changed the sheets?! and never left facecloths and didn't refill the toileteries, the little pot with cotton buds etc was open and used from the last guest. Truly bizarre, i did talk to the manager when I left and they said they would reach out but not heard anything yet."

"I had a really lovely stay here last night. Michael welcomed me warmly and showed me up to a lovely, bright, comfortable room. The bed was really comfy and it was so quiet, I slept really well. Everything was super clean. As a single person travelling for work I usually don't choose to stay in someone’s home but the reviews swayed me and I’m glad they did. I definitely hope to come back. "We paid for a standard double room. We were given room 105 next to reception. This room was very small. The sink in the bathroom could not lift your arms up to wash easily. The window did not close correctly or allow the lower part of the window to be open. Mcdonald's is next to this guest house. It closes at 2am ! The noise from this is terrible and you will not any sleep@ We did not get to sleep until 0230 and we're woken again at 0400 with bins being pulled about. The door to the room had...

"This is a lovely hotel with high standards for cleanliness and service Breakfast was very good with as n excellent selection at the buffet. The concierge was extremely helpful in arranging transportation for short and long trips. The area is beautiful with views from the window of zing Ben and Parliament. Only negative is that it’s at least a 15 minute walk to the tube station"
