"I was attending a 2 day conference at Excel and travelling alone, so felt safe if I had to return alone in the evening. Staff were super helpful. "Our family choose to stay at Novotel in recent 2 years because of the hotel is dog friendly. This time we were so disappointed because of the staff at the restaurant.
