"We love to stay at the Hilton Country Club Plaza so we can walk to shopping and dining in our favorite area of KC. The service is always good. They have done away with the little lotions, shampoo, and conditioner. Which I appreciate for being eco friendly, but both the body wash and lotion were near empty making it difficult to use. "

"The architecture and decor style of this place is unique and fun. It is small, with parking in the front and back. The area around has heavy street construction since they are working on rebuilding the railcar system. Water pressure is at risk of fluctuating due to the construction. The breakfast selection was small, just apples and yogurt and bread items. The hotel’s location right next to a Quiktrip was very convenient. I got my breakfast and snacks from there instead. "So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! "
