"We stayed in a two room suite that was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning and we found the staff to be friendly. While the rooms were cool (appreciated in the 100 degree heat), it seemed like the hallway a/c was not working on the first day, and there were large fans in the hallways. This was much improved the next morning, so they must have gotten it fixed. Would stay there again!"

"We had a nice stay! I would say for how much we spent I was surprised at how dingy some things were. Also for $300 a night I’d expect better than one-ply toilet paper. The staff were great and the gentleman at the front desk was fantastic! We were supposed to receive champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room when we arrived however they weren’t in our room when we got there. "Pros: The location is perfect for visiting art museums. The Asian and Western art decoration is unique and pleasant. It is close to the Kansas City free Streetcar station. The staff is freindly.
Cons: There is no frontdesk and no elevators. To get help from the staff you have to call. Sometimes they are half an hour away.
There is no breakfast, only a expressor machine, sweets and apples. It is not close to pharmacies or convinient stores."

"Worst discrimination and customer service I’ve ever experienced especially at a Hampton by Hilton. Bed has stains all over, bathroom was still dirty, and everyone that worked there seemed miserable and had the wrist unprofessional. Jasmine at the front desk made our experience horrible at the first step into that place. Managers don’t care and will talk about you right in front of your face. Place is horrible! Spend 100’s a night in service, cleanliness, and management like this ? Yeah no...

"We so enjoyed our stay here! Entrance is confusing but the location more than makes up for it. Parking was a breeze when checked in too. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was well stocked and very convenient for our family. The hotel pool was a bit murky but we only used it once so not a dealbreaker. Breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a nice variety. Overall this place is perfect for our family and we will definitely stay here when visiting KC from now on."

Limited space to get any work done in your room if you’re trying to set up a laptop and had to hotspot because they gave a non functioning WiFi network.
Their check in system is incredibly poorly thought out. Since they don’t have anyone working on the property (no front desk) you have to pre check in with an email they send you. That email was sent 4 hours before...
