"Its always unnerving booking a hotel and not knowing what your gonna walk into. I was not disappointed at all about my decision to book here. Everything was great. A very nice hotel with comfy beds, good breakfast, friendly staff, and very clean. My only complaint was a noisy guest at 3:30 am right outside our windows. Not the fault of the Lotus hotel or staff. I highly recommend and look forward to staying again!!"

Michelle and Debbie at the front desk were wonderful! The valet Harold was great! The staff in the restaurant were also great. The pool staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Good experience overall, and very easy to send them with my car. Overall found the place a little grungy for the price like there was a stain on the carpet and something on the wall that looked spilled. Not disgusting just not spotless I would say. The coffee was never there in the morning it felt like and that was a little annoying. However overall good experience, felt safe and comfortable so good experience overall."

"We had a really good stay at this Best Western near Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadiums. The location was very convenient right off I-70 and 435, and it was easy to find even arriving late at night. There’s also a Taco Bell basically in the parking lot, which ended up being perfect for grabbing a quick late-night snack after getting in. The hotel itself may not be the most newly updated property, but everything was surprisingly clean and very well-kept, both in our room and throughout the lobby and common areas. The staff was friendly, and check-in was easy. One of the biggest surprises was the complimentary breakfast. For a hotel in this price range, it was honestly excellent. They had a wide variety of hot options including biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and waffles, along with plenty of continental choices like cereal, yogurt, granola, toast, and drinks. There was also a bar and grill on-site that looked very good, though we didn’t have time to try it during this trip. If you’re coming to Kansas City for a Chiefs or Royals game, this would be an excellent place to stay since the stadiums are basically right across the street and easily walkable."

"Lotus Hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel was very clean, quiet, well maintained, and had a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. The room was nice, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was professional and attentive. Everything worked exactly as it should, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. If I am ever back in the area, I would definitely stay here again."

"We love this place; we enjoy everything about it. The room is spacious, clean, and we feel safe. Out back is a wonderful paved trail around a small lake. There is a working hot tub and fitness center. The breakfast buffet is delicious. We'll gladly stay here again."
