"Staff is great! Very helpful and made everything super easy for us. The room was very nice and clean, the reception area is small but has a nice seating area and an excellent coffee machine that you can use all day. Makes great espresso, americanos, hot chocolate and more! I love the area that this hotel is located in, we walked to the Termini Train Station, and we could walk to the Trevi Fountain and other places we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again. "There are 2 cafe/restaurants side by side as you walk out front door.The room was very small and no place to hang clothes unless you are around 6'6' as the only closet is out of normal reach.There is no fan for the room so we smelled the bathroom odor which had a Methane gas/sewer smell.We had to keep door closed to bathroom.The door in room opened to a building 20 ft away which was horrible to look at and tenants so no privacy if you need air.Towels were not allowed according to Lara every day...

"This is a very cute spot in the heart of Rome! We arrived early so Maria let us store our bags there for breakfast and check in early at 10:45ish in the morning! The room is spacious enough for this location and I love the big living room where there is a coffee machine, kettle, and a few seating spots. The location is very convenient and we mainly travelled on buses to get to various destinations. It’s perfect for a short stay in Rome! "
