The staff was kind and generous. The room was designed to be a place to sleep and nothing more. If you are looking for hotel amenities you will not find them here. I stayed in room four, which is 4 walls and a floor standing foot locker. Again, a nice place to lay your head and that’s all. I will stay at a hotel next time due to the stairs, which were very dangerous when they are wet and or dusty due to the construction in the bldg and the lack of amenities.

The room was very clean, staff was responsive. They communicated check in instructions clearly, but not until the day of the reservation. I do wish there was more communication before the reservation to indicate how check in would work. It was a great location though, and for the price we got more than we expected. We would stay there again.

The property was close to all attractions, walkable area which was great. The room itself was dark, not overly comfortable, air conditioning did not work. We had no issues with the staff, they were easy to connect with and provided clear instructions on how to enter the property.

Guesthouse vibes. Come and go as you please. No concierge no staff really. Smaller than I anticipated. But was accommodated for early check in. Managers was responsive and very helpful.

Excellent location for walking and exploring the city. We enjoyed walking to the Spanish steps, trevi fountain, the Vatican, Colosseum, and discover our favorite pasta, pastry, gelato places in town

The property was clean and had good amenities. The room was reasonably small but a good option if you’re out and about sightseeing as it is close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Very close access to a metro station meaning it was relatively quick to get to Roma Termini.

Amazing location very easy to get to with a near by 2min walk to the subway station connecting to the Rome train terminal which leads to the airport. Minutes away from amazing restaurants, Trevi fountain, and coliseum etc.

My husband and I stayed there for one night and it was the perfect space to rest our heads. The hosts made it very simple and easy to get in & enjoy our time in Rome. Great distance for wandering around & sight seeing for the short period of time we were there. Would definitely come back!

It is a great location. Was only one night but would definitely stay there again. Confusing to register as there is no reception and is difficult to communicate when ya have no wifi. Travel light as there is a lot of stairs to carry heavy luggage. We we lucky to arrive when someone was there to help us with the key pad and luggage

Pleasant and quiet place to stay. Great for travellers who want to be exploring by foot. The location was within walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and with no safety concerns. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

Our room was clean, small and efficient. The place was easy to check in and out of and close to the metro. We spent one night there after a 2 week holiday in Italy . We had an early flight out of Rome and the location was great for a fun last night in Italy and convenient to get to the airport.

Had a wonderful stay! Hotel is near plenty of great cafes and places to eat. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and a 25 minute walk to the Colosseum with plenty of things to see along the walk. Would highly reccomend

The property was located in a perfect location. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the via veneto. Mostly everything was in walking distance. Patrizio was very helpful and made you feel like friends staying over. I would love to come back!
