"Our stay was very good. It was in the middle of the steep hill. So, was a minute walk from Lincoln castle. Around the hotel was lovely boutique shops and cafes. The a Hotel had a coffee shop that served lovely food. We would definitely return to Rest hotel. 😍"

"Everything was good apart from the room. First room offered a the kitchen extraction unit running past the window which was extremely loud. Second room was quieter however was in the attack so incredibly confined and hot. We actually left at midnight as even with a fan, and no heatwave the room was just too hot."

"Located in Brayford Pool, where the old port wharf has been redeveloped like other cities (Gloucester etc) in has a car park and big multistorey next door as well.£10.40 for 24 hrs. Excellent position for relaxed dining and drinking on terraces/outdoors. Short walk to main High St shops. A significant climb up to the elevated section of the city with cafes,shops and the Cathedral and Castle. Spacious room, but a little expensive. Excellent air conditioning on hottest day of year . "Stayed here before and was ok . Room cleaned and serviced . Stayed in a room with extreme heat and never emptied bins or changed towels after 3 days . Front door entrance is a night mare. Will only open after about 3 goes of the digital code . Don’t send you your room number. Builder had hired a sex worker who steeled like a cat all night . Started at 5.00am again so I didn’t need my alarm clock . No sleep . Rubbish . Won’t be back . More of an unattended hostel ."

"The property was next door to a bus stop which was very handy the only problem was the door locking system some times it work's ok sometimes it doesn't id prefer a key system myself??? Technology is okay when it works ok,but not always 100/% per cent reliable ? But otherwise they Hotel was spot on"

"Located right in the bailgate. Great apartment, easy check in. Literally two minutes from the cathedral. Very relaxed apartment well furnished. I stay in Lincoln a lot and this is now my preferred place to stay. Host is located in the shop below so very easy to deal with if you have an issue (We didnt have any issues). Highly reccomended."

"This property was very close to everything worth seeing and provided almost everything we needed. I loved the location and did not mind walking down and up Steep Hill each day. However, the studio was not very clean. Both rugs looked as though they had not been vacuumed in some time, and we avoided walking on them as much as possible.
