"We had a wonderful stay at the Rest. The bed was so comfortable, There was everything provided for your comfort. Good quality products. Nice table and chairs on the balcony. Drinks were brought up to us from the cafe/bar. Nothing was too much trouble. Parking is a little walk away but that's the small price for staying so central. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying here again when in Lincoln"

"Good location, fairly large car park,for which you are charged £7 a night ,(which i don't agree with) the breakfast is good, and plenty of choice, the general feel of the hotel is a little tired, which is a shame. rooms ok but feel a bit neglected, but clean enough, would use again if staying in Lincoln"

"The location was excellent, right in the city centre, with car parking less than a minute's walk away - I arrived in the early evening so finding a space wasn't a problem. The suite itself was ideal, with a separate living/dining area. The furnishings all appeared quite new and in good condition, and the level of comfort was good. Overall, the room was very good, and represented value for money. If I were being picky, there were a couple of minor issues that should have been sorted by the decorators (a poor joint between bedroom and bathroom flooring, paint smudge on the shower door frame...) and the bathroom sink was very small, which I could imagine being a problem for some people. Overall, the room was very good, I'd have no reservations about staying again in terms of quality, comfort or cleanliness. One minor problem was that the "click here" link in the self check in email I received didn't work. I only realised when I arrived (I should have checked sooner!), but a phone call to the number provided was answered quickly and within a minute or so on the phone, I was able to access the property and my room."
