"We were delighted with our choice of hotel; excellent location, delightful room with additional heater if required, coffee machine and exceptional soft furnishings. The bar was buzzing during our stay providing a very upbeat atmosphere and, in addition, there was a bar reserved for residents. Virtually everything was spot on though I felt the service at breakfast could be much improved. This was our one disappointment; the breakfast itself was excellent but someone needs to take responsibility for ensuring the buffet breakfast items are replenished on a regular basis. "

"A lovely little place to stay, clean, comfy and warm. Very near to Bailgate only a short walk away. Only thing we struggled with was getting in but worked it out in the end. Would recommend to anyone. Many thanks."
