"The hotel is worth the money—the rooms are new and clean. They clean and change the towels every day. The beach is also cleaned daily, and the staff is very polite. I would have liked a bit more variety in the food."

"We had a great stay with our 3 young children. We are not overly picky people, so we were okay with some things that others may not be. For example out balcony light just didn't work and the shower head was very loose. But this was all workable for us and did not affect our stay. My only really complaint would be that the beach was not as well maintained as I would have liked, there was a lot of seaweed on the beach daily. The reservations were easy to make. There's lots of pool options, in the sun and in a covered area. The kids areas are fantastic. The nightly entertainment was mediocre. We went to 2 and decided there were better things to do than go to the shows for the rest of our stay. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time, the kids had a blast and we got the relaxing getaway we all needed."

"Had a lovely 5 night stay . Food at the all day dinning restaurant Vela had much more flavour to it compared to the some of the speciality restaurant. The Italian restaurant La Luce has a fantastic view with a amazing sunset. The food there was also good. Housekeeping and room service does take a while but this is to be expected given the size of the property. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Tired property,cold food , unhelpful staff , slow checkin , rooms weren’t put together we were in different blocks which was unhelpful with kids , the water park and kids amenities are very good but in a separate area so if you have a range of ages also not helpful but it’s what your paying for, adults it’s a average hotel but good for kids if all the adults want to sit in a water park the whole holiday it’s fine , no ice cream or lolly’s around the pool again only in some restaurants and the water park ,we thought sunrise was better mini water park near the adults pool mini activities club by the pool and a separate kids club better to pay a day pass for the grand and stay at sunrise the ice cream man comes around the pools and you can eat in your swimsuit to save getting changed in one restaurant not so many elite members taking the beds and nicer beach at sunrise and canoes and boats free of charge , save your money and go there instead , the room credits are a rip off and don’t get taken in by the extra room credit to look at the elite programme it’s hard to use up and the money you pay to use the credit it works out cheaper to book outside the resort as we did , full of weddings which they prioritise over hotel guests at checkout they try to upsell again to come back beware , very drunk people in the lobby area , if your food is cold and send it back they just reheat it rather than replacing it not good which was nearly every restaurant, habibbi was the best service "
