The food at the Blue Crab Restaurant in the hotel lobby was great as well, the Clam Chowder specifically was amazing! Overall I had a great experience at this hotel, and would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Victoria! "

"Great stay in the heart of Victoria. Around the corner from the inner harbor and empress hotel, hop on hop off bus, restaurants and easy. Staff was responsive, comfy beds, enjoyed our suite. Only issue - sliding glass door to the small balcony was jammed. Maintenance came but I couldn’t open again after he left. Shd have two small chairs or stools on patio. "
