"Wish the rooms had more… room. You’re really paying for the view of the Eiffel Tower. We were about a 15 minute walk from it. Overall, it was okay for our 2 night stay."

"Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a good 3 star hotel in a great location. Disappointed that air conditioning was not available throughout our entire stay. Staff provided us with a portable fan which helped but I don’t think A/C should be listed as an amenity when not available. Also no window coverings for bathroom window which was floor to ceiling snd made it very uncomfortable to use with lights on. Breakfast was included and quite a nice assortment of food provided."

"I paid a premium to stay here and expected a flawless experience, but it fell far short. A pipe burst in the garage, flooding it with sewage that remained unresolved for two days. For the price, that’s completely unacceptable. On top of that, parking cost an additional €150, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. The view was beautiful, but it doesn’t make up for the overall experience. Very disappointed."

"This hotel is in a wonderful location in Paris. My daughter and I were able to walk to a lot of our tours. The hotel is lovely. The staff is awesome! We were always greeted from the first day of our check in to the day we left Paris. There was a couple of issues and the assistant manager was able to resolve them. I highly recommend trying the La Fontaine Gaillon for supper. It is just around the corner from the hotel. There is a beautiful sitting room and a bar in the hotel. We will definitely refer this hotel to our family and friends. "

"Very clean and spacious room. The kitchenette could have used a toaster and a few more utensils but all in all it was great! Staff at check in were amazing!!"

"The check-in and check-out were a little rough. On check-in, the key didn’t work the first 3 times. And on check out, the printer had no paper so it took a bit to get a receipt. The room itself was as described and perfect for what I was looking for. I would stay here again. One front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. The men at the front desk could be a little friendlier."
