Large open property right near the airport with an expansive executive suite. Good breakfast buffet. Very comfortable bed in the suite. Only stayed 1 night before heading to Ubud but really enjoyed the short stay. Highly recommend.

It is on the beach and the pool and the hotel are beautiful. The Front desk is great, as was our room. The service and the food in the restaurant and breakfast has some issues. At dinner, many mistakes were made with our dinner and service was super slow!!!!! The food was good, but our 2 dinners weren't served together, they got my order wrong and took a long time to get it and it wasn't hot. I ordered a glass of wine and I finally gave up and ordered ice cream and they got that order wrong. Much of the hot food was served cold at breakfast. They need a seious manager who has had experience with Westerners. The hotel itself was lovely

The resort and the staff itself were really beautiful. What was disappointing was the lack of facilities that are listed on the website but do not exist. 5 Restaurants - one exists the rest are being built Pool side bar - doesn’t exist, being built Spa - doesn’t exist, being built Drug store - doesn’t exist at all Store - doesn’t exist Gym/health club - doesn’t exist The staff were wonderful and the resort well cared for, but it’s false advertising on what is available. If I’d known how empty the resort would be and what few facilities were available I would not have booked here. Had a loud and raucous convention first two days/nights of stay right outside our ‘upgraded’ suite that also happened to right next to the Italian restaurant being constructed. Impossible to relax with sounds of non stop jack hammering and construction during the day then crowds cheering and singing till late at night.

The property is near the Bali airport. I came in late and shuttle was able to pick me up. Excellent customer service from resort staff. Large selection of food at breakfast. I only stayed one night, but this is an excellent pick.

A great hotel and resort for a layover rest between flights, for the long haul jet lag, or for the convenience of the airport (you can see it from the hotel). Lovely villa, good breakfast, great pool, and easily accessible. The value for the price is high.

Perfect Patra

The Patra is such a lovely place to stay and close to the airport. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. There are 3 pools and plenty of places to relax with a gorgeous view. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choice and the menu and food is delicious. This hotel is not in the hustle of Kuta and very quiet. Kuta reef breaks out the front. Highly recommend.

Authentic and beautiful

The hotel was authentic and beautiful, maybe a little dated but this really was not a problem if you are looking for genuine culture. Perfectly clean, tasty food, and the staff were absolutly lovely throughout. I cannot compliment the staff enough, truly beautful. My only disappointment was the advertised 4 restaurants, there was only 1, the other's had been closed for quite some time. Also, a lack of evening entertainment. A simple buffet or fixed menu/themed night, with some local entertainment would have elevated the stay dramatically, as unfortunately it meant i needed to venture out every night for something new and a change in menu. But generally- brilliant place!

Patra leaves much to be desired

There was a wrapped plate of fruit on the table in my villa but a few ants were crawling on it. I was a bit surprised to find ants in a sealed villa. The beach was also disappointing and there is major construction going on, so it wasn’t much to look at. The property is in a bit of disrepair upon closer look, things a bit dated. I was also disappointed by the spa. I called to see if there was an appointment available and was told 9:00 PM. They did not ask my name or room number which should have been a clue… It was a challenge to find in the dark (signage is minimal) and when I got there, I couldn’t understand the desk worker. It seemed there were no available appointments after all. Frustrating to have left my room for nothing, to say the least. I expected to feel like I was staying in a luxurious hotel, but it left much to be desired. That said, check-in and restaurant staff were all very kind and helpful.

Dette lufthavnshotel er bare fantastisk. Det er ikke nyt. Og der kan trænge til lidt reparation her og der. Men - der mangler at blive samlet tallerkner ind der står tunt i området. Morgenmaden er super lækker og med alt hvad man ønske sig. Maden i restauranten var ok. Ikke noget særligt. Mens servicen var i top.
