No hot water in toilet. I believe dodgy hotel staff turns off hot water delibrately. Bed highly uncomfortable, house keeping and reception staff very lazy, ocean 360 staff horrible especially dodgy manager, segara grill restaurant had no internet for 8 days and kitchen staff did not want to cook food for buffet breakfast. I hr before 10am the dishes were empty and kitchen staff were standing chatting with one another. TV signal always poor, only two English movie channels available, breakfast without milk, no variety in breakfast, pathetic. In Bali service sector is dodgy. They like to overcharge for service and provide poor service. Room price gone up to £38 or £45. This is a budget hotel with average room rate £25. However they like to overcharge as much as possible. Holiday inn charges £40. Why a budget hotel is charging more than holiday inn? By the way holiday inn in Bali also has dodgy staff. Welcome to skull island. Does not look like paradise to me.

Poor standard
Uncomfortable bed & mattress, standard room small with no window or of there is a window you can not open it or see outside, poor room, toilets are old, TV signal always poor, only 2 English movie channels. This is a budget hotel with average room rate of £25/night but now the stingy hotel staff is charging £41 -£50/night without breakfast. Indonesians & Bali people especially hotel industry are very stingy, unreliable, dodgy, inefficient and they tell lies all the time. It seems Skull Island to me. This hotel is not worth this price. Housekeeping is ok, Hotel management is poor. If you ask them about something they dont know anything. Breakfast is poor quality & poor quantity, lots of flies, mosquitoes in breakfast area. Very stingy & unreliable nation

Poor quality & overprized
Rooms are overcharged. Its usualy £25 but they are overcharging rooms recently. The standard rooms are pathetic. No window in the room or if there is one you can not see outside, Bed is uncomfortable, soap & shampoo causes allergy and makes hair glue together, poor quality products, hotel staff lazy and dodgy, breakfast poor quality. Restaurant staff is bad, no fresh milk, poor quality tea, and coeffee, overall not worth much money. They steal breakfast money to feed hotel & restaurant staff. Horrible Bali. No fan or cooler in outside dinning area, very hot & humid, flies, mosquitoes and ants everywhere. Stupid kitchen staff does not know to cover food. Poor service overall, same breakfast everyday. They donot know how to cook. They only know how to bark and tell lies. Very illeterate staff. TV signal always poor, only 2 English movie channels, All hotels in Bali feel like hotel california, Bali looks like Skull island and entire population & govetnment ofgicials act like hannibals and cannibals. Welcome to world's dirtiest paradize, Bali & Indonesia where thieves, liars, reptiles, criminals are dominant species. See photos of inefficient staff and poor quality food.

Poor quality
Rooms have no windows or atlest you cant see outside even if there is a window, bed highly uncomfortable. The mattress is hard and hurts but staff & mangers did not do anything about it. I stayed here for several days but the service was not good. TV is poor, always breaking up, no signal or screen shaking. The hotel mangers donot try to sort out problems or fix them. I had to ask several times before they will bother to fix a problem. Managers & other staff are very lazy. Breakfast is pathetic. No fresh milk is available. The bar staff lied to.me no fresh milk at breakfast. I recorded their statement. Very stingy Indonesians. They like to hide tea & coeffee pots behind bar. Food trays are usually empty at time of breakfast & Segara restaurant staff does not bother to fill them. Cold & limited food is served. I had to ask pretty much everytime to bring fresh, hot food & the restaurant staff does not like it. They only like to charge you for breakfast. See photos. The standard room price fluctuates alot. To confuse customers, they now show 4 different prices for the same standard room without any difference between 2 types of prices. The restaurant staff needs to improve breakfast quality & quantity. Chicken is sometimes burned. No variety in breakfast. Flies, mosquitoes & ants fly over bread & fruit but they donot bother to cover it.

Klamt og ulækkert værelse
Hotellet ligger inde i Discovery Mall og lobby og indgang er stor og lys og fin. Men værelset var en stor skuffelse. Der var ingen vindue, meget lille og der lugtede muggent og klamt. Der var beskidt og ulækkert og vi var der heldigvis kun 1 nat.

Very misleading
Extremely poor conditions, unclean, stained linen, bathrooms and water smelt of sewage, leaking aircon, dark and gloomy. Misleading photos (bright/fresh modern) this hotel is very outdated and extremely dirty. The pools are not part of the hotel. We had a very disappointed 8 year old who wanted a swim upon arriving as we were advised the pool closes at 4pm.
Even though the staff were kind, this hotel is not up to the standard it portrays on the website.
We left after one night, very disappointed.

Face lift
The staff is absolutely amazing! Hotel room was not for us. We like new or at least up to date. We showed up a day earlier and our hotel was full so stayed here just one night. I seriously wanted to sleep on the beach rather than our room but it's all in what you are used to. Hotel needs to be completely gutted out and remodeled.
Again staff is awesome!!!

This hotel is more like a backpackers home stay.
The hotel is very run down and requires major renovation works to bring it up to any standard worth giving it the title Hotel.
The rooms and especially the bedding was filthy and badly stained. I booked for 6 days but walked out after staying one night, and the only reason I stayed the night as we arrived after midnight.

Lucky me
Right on the beach, next to discovery mall, shops, restaurants at you finger tips. I was so lucky to score an ocean view room which I heard is where the value is and there is only a couple so requests are a must. Overlooking the breakwall and views out to the reefs of kuta was great to wake up to and watch the sunsets. It didn't have a balcony so A/C was on all the time and had trouble drying my surf / swimming gear. The rest of the room was bright and clean but the hot water ran out after 5 mins which I didn't bother to rectify. Free drinks of water was a bonus and delivered within minutes of requesting and the fridge was nice and cold for the extra bintangs. The included buffet (extra) needs to be hotter so if you stick to the fresh cooked omelets, boiled eggs and toast you can't go wrong. Juices need more variety but you can't beat the views while eating. I can't speak about the majority of the other rooms which I think had city/tree views but they are still adequate for a quick stay or a few days before or after your flights from bali. The hallway noise carries but you can't here outside / Street noise so you'll get some good sleeps. Like all Bali accommodation, barter your prices or take advantage of online deals.

Decent hotel close to the beach and Kuta strip
Staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was decent, never eat any other meals at the hotel. Pool could be cleaned more often. No aircon in the hallways, feels like 30 degrees inside. Rooms were decent.
