"Maybe understaffed? Lobby bar service was beyond terrible. After waiting 30 minutes for service , I left. Very disappointed after a long day that I had to leave to find food. Room was big but awkwardly laid out, missing furniture pieces perhaps. Shower was either scalding hot or cold. Bed was nice. Unfortunately the ac made noise and kept me awake all night. Overall, terrible for the price. "

"First, we were on the road three hours before we got a call saying that my room was going to be canceled when we got there. Our room just popped up so we weren’t left in the street when we got up to the room. The TV did not work. And the room was supposed to have a fold out couch. It had a small sitting couch, which was very uncomfortable."

"It was not clear that parking was not free. Not sure if this was hotel issue or hotels.com issue but I thought I was searching for free parking . So that was a surprise . Overall nice hotel "
