"I put my heavy luggage there for a short trip to spore and upon returned to c/i, nothing missing. At some hotels i stayed previously, some petty items missing like mini honey , old clothes etc.... very rare for such incidents nvrtheless nothing missing. But i mentioned before, got ciggy smell w my previous check in, strict implementation should be there since the corridor no aircond and there is a healthcare wellness for women and children centre, the smell can seep into the room. "Very pleasant and welcoming staff on front desk. Excellent crowd management in the morning buffet breakfast session. Efficient staff team at breakfast area. Best option and food variety for breakfast I have ever had. Food was good and freshly served. "
