"Gorgeous property with spectacular staff! The room was lovely! The pillows were super comfortable and the blanket was perfectly fluffy. We slept so well. The shower was spacious-- would love lotion to be available to complete the lux spa feel. Breakfast was delicious would have loved an easy place to place used dishes after. The patio was prestine and pleasant. We loved sitting on the rooftop! Next time, will definitely stay longer :)"

"I Travel alone for work. For an executive or alone traveler its Ok. Its a small hotel, but very clean, modern and nice decour. For breakfast you have very near (walking), some very nice cafes with local or international food. It’s a bit lonely at night, so it’s better to go out to eat using Uber. The staff's service is very good."

"The first time we stay at the hotel, everything was exceptional, but the second time it was the complete opposite. We had issues with the bathroom in our room, we didn’t have any hot water and subsequently didn’t have any water pressure or water at all. Also, we found hair in our shower. We mention all of this to the employees, but they seem as though they didn’t wanna to help us. "TERRIBLE SERVICE. So with tv remote in the hotel room it wasn’t working. So I went down to front desk to ask for a different remote or if someone could fix them. They said they will fix it for us. They never came. We went down there 3 times to remind them to come and finally they did come. Our tv would not shut off so the whole time without tv, we could not sleep at all because it was on. "Son had a continental breakfast at the Rumbao Market. He said it was good but wished that there were more ethnic food offerings & coffee as well. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. We were here for our son’s wedding. Staff was excellent and very attentive and accommodating. We would stay again!"
